Mr. Gruber has held several positions in important commands focused on navigation in space, including serving as the chief of Space and Global Integrated Intelligence at the Pentagon from 2009-2010, and director of the Global Positioning System (GPS) at the Los Angeles Air Force Base from 2010-2013. He is currently the director of Precision Guidance and Advanced Programs, Armament Systems at Northrop Grumman.
